Seventeen production areas, one closed network of Italian factories, ateliers and pattern making studios.
We do not own a factory. We own the relationships: over 40 mills across Italy, England, France and Japan, more than five historical factories in luxury ready to wear and tailoring, three houses of master tailors in Lombardia and six pattern making studios. Every project is matched to the workshop that does that one thing better than anyone else. Milano, since 2017.

Each season, we curate and update all selections in alignment with the latest trends and textile innovations from Milano Unica.
TRIMS
Our partnerships with leading Italian and Japanese suppliers provide access to an extensive selection of trims, including exclusive and custom made options. We source directly from Milano Unica and premier trade fairs each season.
Therefore, we track emerging trends, new technologies, and forward thinking design components. Consequently, every collection we develop becomes enriched with cutting edge elements.

THE ARTISAN NETWORK
Around the studios sits the wider network: cutters, hand sewers, finishers and quality controllers who see the garment through to the box.
Every one of them works to the same approved sample, so what leaves the factory is what you signed off.

The detail
How a production runs
Brief and feasibility
You send sketches, references or a tech pack. We tell you what it takes to build it, in materials, in time and in minimums.
Sourcing
Fabrics and trims are selected from the mills and suppliers that fit the hand, the weight and the season you are after.
Pattern and prototype
One of the six studios drafts the pattern. We prototype, fit, correct and prototype again until the sample is right.
Approved sample
The approved sample becomes the standard. Nothing goes into production until it exists and you have signed it off.
Production and control
The run is placed with the specialist factory for that product. We control it in line and on exit, then we ship.
