Brand launch from Milan
Launch your brand from the capital of fashion
Positioning, the collection produced in Italy, campaign, lookbook, film, launch event or show, press office and the online drop. One calendar, one team, one contract, from Milan to wherever your customers are.
Most launches fail on timing: the clothes, the images and the press arrive in the wrong order. We produce all of it, so the launch date is one date.
What Go-to-Market Strategy Covers
A go-to-market strategy defines how a brand or collection is brought to market: the timing, the channels, the messaging and the steps that lead to a successful launch. It turns a finished collection into a market event. We plan this carefully, so a launch is coordinated rather than improvised.Built on Strong Foundations
A successful launch rests on strong foundations: a clear brand, a resolved collection and the production behind it. Because we also design and produce, we ensure the product is ready as well as the plan. This connection to production means a launch is backed by real, deliverable garments. The Right Timing and Channels
Launch success depends on reaching the right audience through the right channels at the right time. We help define this, from wholesale and retail to digital and direct-to-consumer. This planning aligns the launch with how the brand’s customers actually discover and buy.Coordinated Communication
A launch is amplified by coordinated communication, from content and social media to press and campaigns. We align these efforts so the launch makes a coherent, powerful impression. This connects to our marketing and content services for a unified push.Set Up for Sustainable Growth
A launch is the beginning, not the end. We plan launches that not only make an impact but set a brand up for sustainable growth, with the foundations to build on. This long-term view is what turns a successful launch into a successful brand. Why Launch With Riccitelli Milano

A launch brings together brand, product and marketing in a single moment, and its success depends on coordination. We plan and manage launches so every element aligns, from the readiness of the collection to the timing of communication. Because we also design and produce, we ensure the product is ready and deliverable alongside the launch plan, so the launch is backed by real garments. This end-to-end coordination is what turns a launch from a hope into a result. What does a launch plan include?
A launch plan covers timing, channels, messaging and the coordinated steps that bring a collection to market, aligning product readiness with communication for maximum impact. Can you handle the whole launch?
Yes. We can coordinate the launch end to end, from ensuring the collection is ready through to communication and go-to-market, all within one team. How do you choose launch timing?
We align timing with how the brand’s customers discover and buy, and with the readiness of the collection, so the launch lands when it can have the greatest effect.Does a launch support long-term growth?
Yes. We plan launches that make an impact and set the brand up for sustainable growth, providing foundations to build on beyond the launch itself. Why a campaign made in Milan looks different
One date for everything
Collection delivery, campaign, lookbook, film, event, press and drop planned backwards from the launch date, by the team that produces each piece.
Made in Italy as the story
Developed and produced in our ateliers, with the making documented for content and press. The claim is real and visible.
Milan as the stage
Launch event, presentation or showroom in the city where buyers and press already are, with Italian art direction across everything.
The drop mechanic
Limited quantities, allocation, waiting list, site and content planned so the first drop sells and the second has demand.
How a fashion brand launch from Milan is built
Launching a fashion brand means arriving all at once: product, images, store, press and a reason for people to care, in the same week. This is the sequence we run.
Positioning before product
A fashion brand launch starts with a decision about who the brand is for and why it should exist next to the brands they already buy. We work on positioning with the founder: the customer, the price point, the category, the competitive set, the story. From there follow the identity, the creative direction, the collection plan and the channel plan. Brands that skip this step end up with a beautiful collection and nowhere to put it.
The first collection, produced in Italy
For a launch, the collection is the product and the proof. We design and develop the first collection with the founder, produce it in our Italian ateliers in small batches that match a launch budget, and plan the sample calendar so the campaign, the lookbook and the ecommerce set can be shot while production runs. The garments and the images share the same launch date.
Campaign, lookbook, ecommerce and film from one production
The launch content is produced in one block of shoot days in Milan or on location: the campaign, the lookbook and line sheet, the ecommerce set and the film and social cuts, with casting, styling and rights handled once. The online store is built in parallel so it opens with the images already in place.
Drop mechanics, press and the launch week
A launch needs a mechanic: a limited drop, a pre order window, a waitlist, a launch event, a pop up, a show. We design the mechanic for the brand and the budget, run the press office for the launch window, produce the event or pop up where it helps, and prepare the social and paid media calendar so the week before and the week after the launch are already planned.
Launching a brand in Italy from abroad
Many of the brands we launch are based outside Italy. The sequence is the same, run by one English speaking project manager in Milan: positioning and design remotely, production in Italy with visits to the ateliers, the campaign shot in Milan or in the brand’s own market, and the launch opened in the home market with the press and event support arranged there. One contract covers the garments and the launch, with a timeline the founder can plan a company around.

One contract, from the fabric to the picture
Riccitelli Milano is a production agency first. We develop and manufacture collections in Italy, and that changes how we shoot them.
The samples are in our hands weeks before the shoot, so fittings happen on the real garment and the art direction grows with the collection instead of arriving at the end. The same project manager follows production and campaign, the delivery dates are aligned, and you sign one agreement instead of five. For brands producing in Italy from abroad, this is the shortest path between the first sketch and the first sale.
The problems brands bring us
- Timing"The clothes arrived after the launch."
Production and launch share one calendar, planned backwards from the date, by the same team.
- Budget"We spent everything on production and had nothing left to launch."
The budget is split across collection, images and launch from the start, in the scope.
- Story"We had a product and no reason for anyone to care."
Positioning first, then a made in Italy story with the making documented, then images and press that carry it.
- Demand"The first drop sold slowly and the second had no interest."
A drop mechanic with limited quantities, allocation and a waiting list, planned with the content calendar.
- Distance"We are launching in another country from Milan."
Milan is the base; the campaign can be shot in your market, and press is run in both.
Frequently asked
How long does a launch take?
About six months for a first collection produced in Italy, from brief to drop. Capsules can be shorter.
Do we need to produce with you to launch with you?
No, but it is the safest way, because the collection and the launch share one calendar and one team.
Can the launch happen outside Italy?
Yes. Campaign, event and press can be produced in your market, with Milan as the base.
What is a drop mechanic?
A way to release limited quantities with allocation, a waiting list and a content calendar, so the first drop sells and the next has demand.
Is press included?
Yes, for the launch window: press kit, seeding and outreach in Milan and abroad.

The request form: the services you need, the date you have in mind, a short description and your budget range.
