Riccitelli Milano , fashion production agency in Milan

A memory carried through generations

Rooted in the story of Carmela Riccitelli, the founder’s great grandmother, it stands as a tribute to strength, elegance, and the quiet artistry passed from one hand to another.

What began as a personal legacy became a vision: preserving craftsmanship while shaping contemporary fashion with intention and care.

At the heart of fashion

Milano holds a central place in the world of fashion, defined by precision, elegance, and a deep culture of design and craftsmanship. It is a city where fashion is not only shown but made, refined, and continuously shaped by its industry ecosystem.

Milan was never a coincidence. It had been part of the founder’s path since childhood, always present in her studies and ambitions, and eventually became the natural place where her work could take form within the heart of fashion.

Founded in Milan by Heba Nahle, Riccitelli Milano was born from a lifelong relationship with craftsmanship, storytelling, and fashion. Growing up in Lebanon, Heba was surrounded by women whose creativity shaped her understanding of beauty and making. Her mother, aunt, and grandmother shared stories of her great grandmother, Carmela Riccitelli, whose remarkable talent for garment making, crochet, and embroidery left a lasting mark on the family’s identity. Those memories became the foundation of a deep emotional connection to fashion, not only as aesthetics, but as heritage, technique, and expression.

Before entering the fashion industry, Heba studied Interior Architecture at the Lebanese University. Although creatively stimulating, the field left her feeling disconnected from her true calling. Everything changed when she discovered Creative Space Beirut, an independent fashion school that transformed both her personal and professional path. There, she immersed herself in fashion design, craftsmanship, and experimentation, eventually exhibiting and selling her work for the first time.

The experience gave her not only technical skills, but also the confidence to envision a future within the international fashion industry.

Her journey later brought her to Italy after winning a sponsorship and scholarship to study at Politecnico di Milano. Moving to Milan meant rebuilding herself from the ground up in one of the world’s most demanding fashion capitals.

During her studies, she developed a strong interest in the intersection between design, functionality, and innovation. Her thesis on protective attire for urban motorcyclists was awarded the prestigious Giulia Minola Award for Best Thesis of the Year, marking an important milestone in her evolution as a designer and researcher.

Over the years, Heba gained extensive experience across fashion development, production management, and creative direction, collaborating with emerging designers, independent labels, and established brands. Through this journey, Riccitelli Milano emerged naturally, not simply as a production agency, but as a platform built on empathy, precision, and creative partnership.

Today, Riccitelli Milano specializes in guiding brands from concept to completion through design development, material sourcing, pattern making, sampling, prototyping, and full scale production. Rooted in Italian manufacturing culture and driven by a contemporary vision, the agency combines artisanal excellence with strategic production expertise.

Alongside Heba, Riccitelli Milano is co led by Simone Bruzzese, whose entrepreneurial and forward thinking approach helps bridge traditional craftsmanship with scalable modern solutions. Together, they have built a structure that balances creativity with reliability, offering designers and brands a transparent and collaborative environment where ideas can evolve into fully realized collections.

Riccitelli Milano is the result of years of emotional and professional evolution, one shaped by migration, resilience, craftsmanship, and a relentless dedication to thoughtful design and responsible production.

What we hold to

Six commitments that decide how a collection is made here, from the first sketch to the last quality check.

Heritage

A family memory of garment making, carried forward as a working standard rather than a story.

Craftsmanship

Italian ateliers and mills chosen one by one, matched to the garment they make best.

Precision

Patterns, grading and fit checked against measurement, not impression, at every size.

Transparency

You see the makers, the timeline and the state of every stage. Nothing moves without your sign off.

Partnership

One accountable team from first conversation to final delivery, not a chain of suppliers to chase.

Responsibility

Considered materials, honest quantities and less waste, treated as production decisions.
